Voice and tone
How we write and speak — on the site, in posts and in ads.
We write clearly and say only what's true — and we publish no claim before we've checked it.
Arabic firstfrom the right
The interface is designed for Arabic from the ground up: reading starts from the right, and motion enters from there. English comes after it for those who need it, not before.
Two languages, one voiceThe site and the posts
On the site clear Arabic that everyone can read; in posts and ads, our dialect as people speak it in the shop — and the AI assistant understands it as it is.
«شكد باقي على أبو علي؟»
“How much does Abu Ali still owe?” — the shop owner's question as he says it, and the answer is a number.
«تكتب مثل ما تحچي»
“You write the way you talk — and the ledger writes itself”, from our posts on Instagram.
«حسن أخذ صمون بألفين»
“Hassan took bread for two thousand” — and the ledger records the line by itself.
We check every claimbefore we publish it
- We cut “web and Android” from the post. The Android app isn't in the store, but the web version really can be installed on the home screen — so that's what we say.
- We kept “it reminds you the day a debt is due” because we checked it: the daily reminder really works.
- We cut “not imported”. The base model is imported; the adapter we trained on Iraqi speech is our own work — and that's exactly what we say.
