In short

The account is free. Booking takes a 25% deposit of the project price, which is not refunded once we start work.
Your account is yours alone. Don't give your password to anyone.
Don't break the site, and don't make fake accounts.
Our designs and films are ours. Watch them and share them by their link.

1Consent

When you tick “I agree” and sign in, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you don't agree, you can still browse the whole site without an account.

2Your account

You make it with a Google account, or with an email and a password.
The information you enter must be true, and your name must be your own.
The account is yours alone, and everything done with it is your responsibility. So don't give the password to anyone, and if you suspect someone has signed in to it, change it and tell us.

3How to use the site

Use it normally, like any visitor. You may not:

Try to get into someone else's account.
Break the site, or overload it on purpose.
Make fake accounts, or accounts made by software.
Use it for anything against the law.

4Content

The designs, films, mark, texts and the game on the Games page all belong to MYELON. You can watch them and share them by their link, but you may not copy them, sell them or present them as your own. Other companies' names and marks, such as Google, belong to their owners.

5Our work with you

What's on the site shows our work; it is not a contract or a price promise. Any work we do for you is agreed together at the time, with its price and duration, and this account commits you to nothing.

Booking takes a deposit. When you book a project from the Contact page (Arabic) you first agree to the deposit; without that there is no booking. After we accept your request and agree on a price, you pay 25% of it as a deposit, and we don't start work before it reaches us. The deposit is not refunded once we start work; it is refunded in full if we haven't done any work on the project.

6The site as it is

We try to keep the site always working and free of errors, but we don't guarantee it. If it stops or makes a mistake, we are not liable for losses caused by it.

7Suspending an account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we delete it within 30 days.

8Law

These terms are governed by Iraqi law.

9If they change

If we change anything in these terms, we write the new date at the top, and ask you to agree again before you sign in to your account.
