Privacy policy

In short
- We don't sell your data or give it to anyone. There are no ads on the site, and nothing follows you to other sites.
- When you're signed in, we know that you have the site open right now and on which page, and the time of each sign-in. When you're not signed in, we don't know who you are and don't record where you go on the site.
- Your account keeps your name and email, your photo if you signed in with Google or uploaded one, and your age and gender if you entered them. That's all.
- If you accept cookies, a Google Analytics counter counts visits and pages without your name. If you decline, nothing is counted.
- Your password is stored encrypted. Even we can't see it.
- If you book a project from the Contact page, we keep what you wrote in the booking, your phone number and the account you booked from, so we can call you — and only the site's owner sees it.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we delete it within 30 days.
1Who we are
MYELON is a small team in Iraq that makes apps and websites. This policy covers this site (www.myelon.si, and before it myelonlabs.vercel.app) and the account you make on it. The Shop Ledger app has its own policy.
2What we take from you
This is everything. The full list, not a summary:

We don't take your phone number unless you book and enter it yourself, nor your location, nor your messages or files on Google. Google gives us the four items above and nothing else.
3Why we take it
- So you can sign in to your account and out of it.
- So we know who you are when you message us.
- So your account looks the way you want: your photo, and your age and gender if you added them.
- To protect your account from anyone trying to sign in as you.
- To know who uses the site, and who has it open right now.
- If you book: so we can call you on your number and work on your project.
We don't use it for ads, and we don't send you marketing messages.
4Where it's kept, and who sees it
- Your account is kept in Supabase, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. It's the same database that holds The Shop Ledger's accounts, so if you ever sign in to the ledger with the same account, it is the same account.
- Your photo (if you upload one) is kept in the same place. It shows in your account and at the top of the page while you're signed in, and we don't publish its link anywhere.
- Your activity on the site is kept in the same database, and only one account sees it: the site owner's, from a private dashboard.
- The pages are served by Cloudflare, which logs internet addresses like any website.
- The visit counter, only if you accept cookies, lives at Google Analytics: how many visits, which pages, and from which country and device — without your name or email, and without ads.
- The fonts come from Google Fonts, and the libraries from jsDelivr. Both see your internet address when the page opens.
Who sees your data? Only us. We don't sell it or give it to anyone, unless Iraqi law requires it.
5Booking
Booking from the Contact page (Arabic) is done from your account: you sign in, or create an account, and book. This is what happens with it:
- What's kept: the answers you wrote in the chat, the account you booked from, the time of the booking, and its status: awaiting acceptance, awaiting deposit, in progress, being delivered, delivered.
- “Your projects” in your account: there you follow your booking stage by stage, along with what we write: our notes on the work, the payments we received from you and their amounts, and the files we deliver to you. They're kept in the same database, and the files in a private store that only you and the site's owner can open, through a link that lives for one minute. All of them are deleted if the booking is deleted.
- Why: so we can call you on your number and work on your project. We use it for nothing else, and send you no ads on it.
- Who sees it: only the site's owner, from a private dashboard, who also receives an email with your booking and your account's email. It's kept in the same database in Frankfurt.
- For how long: as long as our work with you continues. If you want it deleted, message us on WhatsApp or email.
- The follow-up link works without signing in, and shows only the booking number, its status and your province — not your name, number or account.
- Your internet address isn't kept. Only a fingerprint of it is, to limit how many bookings one device can send per day.
6What's kept in your browser
- Your sign-in session, so you don't sign in every time. It's deleted when you sign out.
- Your consent, for a few minutes only, until you return from Google or from your email link.
- “Pause motion”, for this visit only.
- The game on the Games page is saved on your device so it works offline.
- Your answer about cookies, so we don't ask you every time.
- Your booking, if you booked: its number, its follow-up link and your answers, so you can see its status when you come back. And your answers before “Book”, so they aren't lost if you refresh the page.
- The counter's cookie, only if you pressed “Accept”: a random number from Google Analytics (_ga) that tells two visits came from the same device, kept for up to two years. You can take back your answer from “Cookies” at the bottom of the page, and it's deleted.
We use no advertising cookies, and nothing follows you to other sites.
7Your rights
- See your information on your account (Arabic).
- Ask for a copy of it, a correction, or deletion of the whole account. Message us, and we do it within 30 days.
- Sign out of the account at any time.
8Children
If you are under 13, don't make an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
9If it changes
If we change anything in this policy, we write the new date at the top, and ask you to agree again before you sign in to your account.
